Manager`s leadership approach in relation to a labour efficiency in Infinit, Ltd.
Abstract:
Předmětem mé diplomové práce je přístup manažera k vedení lidí. Práce je rozdělena do tří základních částí. První teoretická část vymezuje teorii a základní pojmy. Druhá, analytická část se zabývá analýzou situace a ve třetí části předkládám návrh vlastního řešení.
Abstract:
The topic of my thesis deals with manager´s leadership. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first – theoretical part, defines the basic theory and concepts. The second – analytical part deals with the analysis of the situation and in the third part proposal of my own solutions are put forward.
