Analysis of occurrence and forms of bullying of teachers at primary schools

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou šikany a jedné z jejích forem kyberšikany. Zahrnuje klasifikaci druhů šikany, její stádia, formy, aktéry a léčbu. Také porovnává tradiční šikany s kyberšikanou. V práci jsme se dále soustředili na problematiku šikany směrem k učitelům, která se stala i předmětem zkoumání v praktické části této páce. Jako nástroj pro získání dat jsme použili dotazník. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat výskyt a formy šikany učitelů na druhých stupních základních škol v Teplicích.

Abstract:

The thesis addresses the issue of bullying including the cyberbullying as one of its forms. It includes the classification of bullying kinds, its stages, forms, participants and therapy. The cyberbullying is being compared with the more traditional forms of bullying. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on bullying of teachers which is the main research subject thereof. A questionaire had been used as reserach tool for data gathering. The main objective was to analyze the occurence and forms of teachers' bullying at upper grades of selected primary schools in the town of Teplice.
