Abstract:
Práce vychází z platných legislativních norem souvisejících s organizační složkou firmy zřízenou českým subjektem na Slovensku a poskytuje přehled o jejich vývoji a možnostech aplikace při účtování, plnění daňových povinností a uzavírání kontraktů se třetími osobami a poskytuje srovnání s podnikáním českého subjektu na území Slovenské republiky formou zřízení dceřinné společnosti.

The bachelor thesis is based on current legislative standards related to the organizational unit of a company set up by a Czech business entity in Slovakia.
