Security Framework for IT Support of Processes in Logistics Companies

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vývoj bezpečnostního rámce IT podpory procesů logistických společnosti s cílem identifikovat a minimalizovat provozní a další rizika spojená s informačními procesy. Práce začíná analýzou současných informačních procesů v logistické společnosti, která slouží jako základ pro identifikaci potenciálních rizikových oblastí. Na základě této analýzy jsou stanovena provozní a další rizika a navrhována opatření k jejich minimalizaci. V rámci návrhu jsou zkoumány různé strategie a techniky, které by mohly být implementovány pro zvýšení bezpečnosti informačních procesů, včetně technologických, organizačních a provozních opatření. Navržená řešení jsou podrobena důkladnému zhodnocení, které zahrnuje jejich účinnost, náklady a přínosy pro logistickou společnost. Výsledky této práce přinášejí ucelený bezpečnostní rámec, který pomáhá logistické společnosti identifikovat, minimalizovat a řídit rizika spojená s informačními procesy. Tato práce přispívá k posílení bezpečnosti a spolehlivosti IT infrastruktury a procesů v logistickém prostředí a poskytuje doporučení pro další rozvoj a zdokonalení bezpečnostních opatření.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the development of a security framework for the IT support of logistics company processes with the aim of identifying and minimizing operational and other risks associated with information processes. The work begins with an analysis of current information processes in a logistics company, which serves as a basis for identifying potential risk areas. Based on this analysis, operational and other risks are determined and measures to minimize them are proposed. The proposal examines various strategies and techniques that could be implemented to increase the security of information processes, including technological, organizational and operational measures. The proposed solutions are subjected to a thorough evaluation, which includes their effectiveness, costs and benefits for the logistics company. The results of this work provide a comprehensive security framework that helps logistics companies identify, minimize and manage risks associated with information processes. This work contributes to strengthening the security and reliability of IT infrastructure and processes in the logistics environment and provides recommendations for further development and improvement of security measures.
