Opinion of Inhabitants in the Zlín Region on Reduction of Klokánek Facilities

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zkoumá názory obyvatel Zlínského kraje na problematiku snižování počtu Klokánků. K této skutečnost postupně docházelo od roku 2013, kdy se zřizovatel těchto zařízení, Fond ohrožených dětí, dostal do tíživé finanční situace. Teoretická část se zabývá pohledem na současnou rodinu a její funkce, jejichž plnění podstatně přispívá ke zdravému vývoji dítěte. Pozornost je věnována i formám náhradní rodinné péče. Jedná se o nedílnou součást náhradní výchovy, ve které se dítě může ocitnout, pokud rodina ohrožuje optimální vývoj dítěte nebo nedokáže plnit své rodičovské povinnosti. Stěžejní kapitola řeší současné problémy Klokánků vzhledem k redukci počtu těchto zařízení. Empirická část je realizována formou dotazníkového šetření. Cílem práce je objasnit míru informovanosti respondentů o současné situaci Klokánků. Zjistit zda respondenti považují za vhodné, aby tato zařízení provozovala nadále svou činnost. Zajímat nás budou rovněž jejich zkušenosti, a také výhody a nevýhody, které spatřují v rámci fungování a poskytování služeb zařízení Klokánek.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis examines the opinions of inhabitants in Zlin region on the issue of decraese the Klokanek facilities. Since 2013 founder of Klokanek facilities have got in to the financial difficulties. The theoretical part deals with current family and its functions. Performing of these functions contributes to the healthy development of the child. Attention is also paid to forms of alternative family care. This is an important part if family does not fulfill their parental responsibilities. Main chapter is about current problems of Klokanek facilities due to decrease a number of these facilities. Empirical part is realized by questionnaire. The main goal is determine the level of awareness of respondents about the current situation of Klokanek facilities. And find out if respondents consider it appropriate that these facilities will continue with their activities. What are their experiences and which advantages and disadvantages they seen on these facilities.
