The problematics of the law of regional development in relationship with drawing sububsidies in Carlsbad region

Abstract:

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je problematika čerpání evropských dotací v regionech soudržnosti, zejména pak řeší plnění regionálních operačních programů a realizaci projektů podpořených právě dotačním programem. V teoretické části se charakterizují důležité pojmy spojené s daným tématem a posléze řeší legislativní rámec obklopující regionální rozvoj. V praktické části jsou uvedeny alokované finanční zdroje jednotlivých regionů soudržnosti a jejich využívání z hlediska prioritních os. Finanční zdroje jsou posléze zhodnoceny a porovnány. V poslední části se práce věnuje korupční aféře spojené s plněním regionálního operačního programu Severozápad. Výsledkem práce je porovnání finančních zdrojů regionů soudržnosti, uvedení realizovaných projektů zvyšujících kvalitu života obyvatel regionů a nastínění problémů vyvstávajícího z nepoctivého řízení dotačních programů.

Abstract:

Content of this bachelor thesis is the problematics of drawing European subsidies in cohesion regions. The thesis especially examines the implementation of regional operational program and realization of projects supported by this program. In theoretical part important concepts, connected to this topic, are characterized and legislative framework surrounding regional development is being looked at. In practical part you can find the allocated financial resources of particular/individual cohesion regions and their use of priority axes. Financial resources are then evaluated and compared. The last part of this work is dedicated to corruption affair associated with fulfilling of the operational program North-west. The result of this work is comparison of cohesion region’s financial resources, presentation of realized projects that improve quality of life in those regions and outline of the problems that arose from dishonest management of subsidy programs.
