This thesis deals with the research of the offered prices of apartments in the vicinity of European airports and the influence of noise from these airports on their prices. The thesis works with data from real estate agencies, however it not only monitors the offered prices, but also a number of other factors that affect the price. Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá výskumom ponúkaných cien bytov v okolí európskych letísk a vplyvom hluku z týchto letísk na ich ceny. Práca používa údaje z realitných kancelárií, kde sleduje nielen ceny, ale aj množstvo ďalších faktorov, ktoré na cenu vplývajú. Sledované letiská sú Frankfurt nad Mohanom, Viedeň Schwechat, London Heathrow a Brusel Zaventem.
