How Comics Help to Develop Children's Visual Literacy
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá komiksem a způsobem, jakým komiks může pomoct ve vývoji vizuální gramotnosti u dětí. Práce obsahuje analýzu komiksu Scooby-Doo, a navrhuje jak by vizuální komponenty, které jsou v něm obsaženy, měly být čteny a prezentovány dětem.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to present comics and the way comics can help develop children's visual literacy. The thesis analyses a Scooby-Doo comic book and suggests how visual components contained in it should be read and presented to children.
