The Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of evaluating an enterprise and setting the general value of enterprise in bankruptcy. The theoretical part of the thesis outlines the importance of evaluating and focuses on defining key terms. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou ohodnocovania podniku a stanovenia všeobecnej hodnoty podniku v konkurze. Práca je v teoretickej časti zameraná na priblíženie významu oceňovania, vymedzeniu základných pojmov.
