Anotácia:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Operativní a finanční leasing“ je výklad teoretických základů pojmu leasing a jeho základních druhů. V práci jsou dále uvedeny informace o činnosti České leasingové a finanční asociace a statistiky objemu obchodů členů této asociace. Následuje posouzení leasingu z hlediska platné právní, daňové a účetní legislativy, včetně nástinu účtování o leasingu a jednotlivých operací s leasingem souvisejících. Praktická část je věnována porovnání financování osobního automobilu formou operativního nebo finančního leasingu.

Abstract:

The theme of my thesis „The operational and financial leasing“ is the interpretation of theoretical basics of definition leasing and its basic kinds. The information about activity of the Czech leasing and financial asociation and information about volume of trading statistics of this asociation are submitted in the thesis. The next part is focused on leasing analysys from the current law, tax and accounting l egislation point of view, inclusive of a concise outline of leasing accounting procedure. The practical part is devoted to evaluation funding of car form of operational or financial leasing.
