Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje možný developerský rozvoj doposud neuchopeného ostravského území o rozloze ca 19 ha a to včetně základního finančního plánu a řešení stavební, obchodní a právní problematiky. Území skrývá zajímavý developerský potenciál včetně možnosti dalšího budoucího rozvoje v severní či jižní části na pozemcích dalších vlastníků. This work describes the possible development of the hitherto incomprehensible territory of Ostrava with an area of about 19 ha, including the basic financial plan and solutions to construction, commercial and legal issues.
