Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem zakládání rad pracujících v Československém průmyslu v letech 1968–1969, který byl součástí již déle trvající ekonomické reformy. Tato problematika je zkoumána na příkladu rady pracujících v národním podniku Fruta Brno, přičemž důraz je zde kladen na zápas dvou koncepcí rad, jenž se ve sledovaném období odehrával mezi technokraty a radikálními demokraty. This bachelor's thesis deals with the process of establishing workers' councils in Czechoslovak industry in 1968–1969, which was part of the longer-lasting economic reform.
