Evaluation of an Investment Project Effectiveness

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na hodnocení efektivnosti vybraného investičního projektu – rekonstrukce budovy a její prodej. V teoretické části jsou popsány základy investiční činnosti, její fáze, financování, metody hodnocení a rizika. Cílem této práce je vyhodnotit, zda reálný investiční projekt je efektivní z ekonomického hlediska. Pro tento účel byly v praktické části zpracovány ukazatele ekonomické efektivnosti projektu (ROI, PP, DPP, NPV, IRR) a byla provedena analýza rizik. Dle provedených výpočtů a analýz se prokázalo, že investiční projekt je pro investory výhodný a lze ho přijmout.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the selected investment project - reconstruction of the building and its sale. The theoretical part describes the fundamentals of investment activity, its phases, financing, methods of evaluation and risk. The aim of this work is to evaluate whether a real investment project is economically efficient. For this purpose, the indicators of economic efficiency of the project (ROI, PP, DPP, NPV, IRR) and risk analysis were processed in the practical part. According to the calculations and analyses, the investment project proved to be beneficial for investors and can be accepted.
