Tématem práce je charakteristika problematiky zvýšení základního kapitálu společnosti s ručením omezeným formou nepeněžitého vkladu – nemovitostmi a analýza právních aspektů zvýšení základního kapitálu v souvislosti s nepeněžitým vkladem. The aim this work is the valuation was to estimate the market value of of real estate properties, so they could be used as a non-monetary deposit to the registered capital of the company and thus increase its bonity.
