Abstract:
Práce vymezuje východiska principu suverenity lidu a jeho pozici v ústavním systému České republiky. Dále se zabývá jednotlivými způsoby realizace tohoto principu a rozborem jejich institutů. Rovněž pojednává o přímé volbě prezidenta ČR na poli ústavních změn.
Abstract:
The thesis presents a summarized analysis of the ''Sovereign people principle''. Then focusses on characterization of institutes of representative and direct democracy. Paper also deals closely with institute of direct election of the president of the Czech Republic.
