Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vývojovými stádii trestného činu - přípravou trestného činu a pokusem trestného činu. Klíčový prvek práce spočívá v analýze současné české legislativy týkající se přípravy a pokusu podle nového trestního zákoníku č. 40/2009 Sbírky. The key element of the thesis consists in current Czech legislation analysis concerning preparation and attempt in accordance with the new criminal code No.40/2009 Sb.
