Bakalářská práce v teoretické části uvádí do základní problematiky ruského hypotečního trhu a popisuje historický vývoj hypoték v Ruské federaci. Teoretická část také rozebírá základní pojmy a nástroje k pochopení fungování hypotečních trhů. This bachelor thesis shall in its theoretical part deal with the basic problems of the Russian mortgage market and describe the historical development of mortgages in the Russian Federation.
