Enhancing Learnability of Pair Programming Practice when introducing Novices
Abstract:
Abstract:
The current thesis focuses on understanding the mechanisms that lead novice developers to better learn the Pair Programming (PP) practice, one of the pillars of Agile Methodologies. The main aim is to provide theoretical-grounded suggestions that could help to improve the process by which novices are introduced to PP and start mastering it.
