Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice diskontů a prémií v oceňování, konkrétně pak diskontům na úrovni celého podniku. Úvodní část se věnuje obecnému teoretickému rozboru problematiky. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of discounts and premiums in the valuation theory. More specifically, it covers the area of entity-level discounts. First part of the thesis is devoted to general theoretical analysis of the topic.
