Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá veřejnou správou a správou školství, a to na místní i krajské úrovni. Práce je rozdělena do pěti hlavních částí. První část se věnuje historii školství a osobnostem, které vývoj vzdělání ovlivnily. Druhá část se zaměřuje na aktuální školský systém a popisuje soustavu škol a školských zařízení.
