V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme studiu elektrochemických odezev histonů a jejich oktameru s využitím chronopotenciometrické rozpouštěcí analýzy v kombinaci s adsorpční přenosovou metodou a rtuťovou elektrodou modifikovanou DTT. Abstract:
In this thesis we study histones and histone octamer electrochemical responses using chronopotentiometric stripping analysis combined with adsorptive stripping transfer method and DTT-modified mercury electrode. Histones were chosen for their amino acid composition with greater lysine, arginine and histidine content. These amino acids are also electroactive.
