Abstract:

Anotace Etické chování je neoddělitelnou součástí lidského života, a to ve všech jeho podobách tedy i ve světě podnikatelském. Nedodržování etických pravidel či neetické jednání může mít zásadní vliv na firemní kulturu v obchodních společnostech, a tím i na celou společnost. Cílem této práce je analýza etického chování ve farmaceutickém sektoru a navržení doporučení pro zlepšení etické situace ve vybraném odvětví. K naplnění tohoto zadání dochází provedením literární rešerše oborového poznání a provedením metody výzkumného šetření pro farmaceutické asistenty v lékárně, která analyzuje jejich chování při komunikaci se zákazníkem. Aby se eliminovaly zjištěné etické problémy v tomto oboru, je navrženým doporučením důkladná informovanost o etických zásadách na jejich pracovišti a jejich následná aplikace v komunikaci se společností. Závěrem lze konstatovat, že zásady etického chování a jejich dodržování ve farmaceutické oblasti lze považovat za klíčové v souvislosti s úspěšným naplněním podnikatelského záměru, a k tomu nesporně patří spokojenost zákazníků, klientů či pacientů.

Abstract:

Annotation Ethical behavior is an integral part of human life in all its forms, including in the world of business. Failure to comply with ethical rules or unethical behavior can have a significant impact on corporate culture in companies and by society as a whole. The aim of this work is the analysis of ethical conduct in the pharmaceutical sector and to propose recommendations to improve the ethical situation in the selected sectors. To accomplish this task is by performing a literature review departmental knowledge and methods of the research for pharmaceutical assistants in the pharmacy, which analyzes their behavior when communicating with the customer. To eliminate identified ethical issues in this field is a proposed recommendation thorough awareness of ethical principles in their workplace and their subsequent application in communication with society. In conclusion can say that the principles of ethical behavior and compliance in the pharmaceutical field can be considered crucial in the with the successful fulfillment of the business plan, and it undoubtedly belongs to the satisfaction of customers, clients or patients.
