Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá právní úpravou ochrany zvířat v zájmovém chovu. V první části se věnuje otázce právního postavení zvířat. Následuje seznámení s problematikou etiky ve vztahu ke zvířatům. V dalších částech je rozebíráno zakotvení ochrany zvířat v právním řádu a vymezení zájmového chovu. Část šestá se týká problematiky ochrany zvířat v zájmových chovech. This thesis is concerned with the legal protection of pet animals. First part deals with legal status of the animals. Introduction to the ethics regarding the animals follows after that.
