Tato práce se zabývá zejména problematikou obecné nabídky, její akceptace a souvisejících témat. Následně práce popisuje způsoby uzavření smlouvy jako výsledek např. pozdní akceptace nebo akceptace s nepodstatnými odchylkami. This thesis primarily examines the notion of the general offer, the acceptance of such offers and various matters bearing upon them. The thesis goes on to describe the manner of concluding such contracts as a result of, for example, belated acceptance of the offer or its acceptance with immaterial modifications.
