Předmětem bakalářské práce je objasnění pojmu energetická náročnost budov a analýza jejího dopadu na tržní hodnotu nemovitostí. Detailně je sledován vývoj energeticky úsporných objektů, zásady jejich výstavby a požadavků na ně kladených.
