Slang in gastronomy (typical speech of bartenders and chefs)
Abstract:
Záměrem práce bylo shromáždit nejčastěji užívané výrazivo v gastronomickém prostředí a následná analýza těchto pojmenování. Celkem se podařilo získat 128 výrazů, které byly následně analyzovány podle jednotlivých kritérií. Z hlediska zařazení k sémantické skupině, dále dle slovnědruhového kritéria a onomaziologického kritéria.
Abstract:
The aim of the work was to collect the most commonly used term in the gastronomic environment and to analyze these names. A total of 128 expressions were obtained, which were then analyzed by individual criteria. From the point of view of inclusion in the semantic group, further according to the verbal type criterion and onomaziological criterion.
