Práce se zabývá problematikou mimosoudního řešení sporů v oblasti bankovnictví. Z velké části se v práci zabývám analýzou sporů řešených před finančním arbitrem. Jelikož si myslím, že instituce finančního arbitra nebyla v České republice tolik známá, rozhodla jsem se proto napsat závěrečnou práci na toto téma. The work deals with alternative dispute resolution in banking. For the most part I'm engaged in the analysis of disputes resolved before the Financial Arbiter. Bacause I think that the institution of the Financial Arbiter of the Czech Republic was not so familiar, so I decided to write a final thesis on the subject.
