Rights in Rem from the Perspective of PIL
Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je rozbor věcně-právní problematiky z pohledu mezinárodního práva soukromého. Instituty věcného práva jsou zkoumány z pohledy kolizní úpravy v českém právním řádu a jejího srovnání s vybranými zahraničními právními řády. Provedeno je taky srovnání s připravovanou rekodifikaci mezinárodního práva soukromého v České republice.
Abstract:
The topic of this graduate study is rights in rem from perspective of private international law. The main part of the study contains of describing conflict rules in Czech republic and it´s comparation among chosen legal systems. I also tried to compare current statute of private international law in Czech republic according to intended new codification of the statute.
