Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit bakterie rodu Asaia, jejich vlastnosti, výskyt a význam v potravinářském průmyslu. První část práce se zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku bakterií octového kvašení, druhá část se již zabývá samotnou bakterií Asaia a jejím taxonomickým zařazením, poté se práce zaměřuje na popis morfologických, fyziologických a biochemických vlastností. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce bacteria of genus Asaia, their properties, occurrence and importance in food industry. The first part focuses on the general characteristics of acetic bacteria, the second part deals with the Asaia bacterium itself and its taxonomic classification, then the work focuses on the description of morphological, physiological and biochemical properties.
