Abstract:

KOŽAROVÁ, Barbora. Obtížné zajištění dýchacích cest v přednemocniční a intenzivní péči. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. David Peřan Ph.D. Praha. 2023. 60 s. Tématem bakalářské práce je obtížné zajištění dýchacích cest v intenzivní a přednemocniční péči. Teoretická část začíná anatomickým popisem dýchacích cest, včetně anatomických rozdílů u dětí. Kapitola monitorace dýchání zmiňuje parametry, které je možné popsat při hodnocení stavu pacienta, následující kapitola se věnuje jednotlivým dechovým objemům. Dalším tématem je vyšetření pacienta s dýchacími obtížemi v režimu ABCDE. Zásadní částí je kapitola věnovaná zajištění dýchacích cest, jež popisuje jednotlivé pomůcky a metody, včetně alternativních postupů a přechází v závěrečnou část teoretické části, zabývající se obtížným zajištění dýchacích cest. Nosnou částí práce je praktická část, která se věnuje případovým studiím jak z oblasti přednemocniční péče, tak i z prostředí nemocnice. Každá z kazuistik je doplněna o diskuzi a doporučení pro praxi.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the difficult airway management in the pre-hospital and intensive care. The theoretical part begins with an anatomical description of the airway, including differences in children’s anatomy. The chapter on breathing monitoring mentions parameters that can be used to evaluate a patient's condition, followed by a chapter dedicated to individual respiratory volumes. Another topic is the examination of a patient with breathing difficulties with the ABCDE approach. The crucial part is a chapter devoted to airway management, describing various devices and methods, including alternative procedures. The final part of the theoretical section describes dealing with difficult airway management. The practical part, which is the main part of the thesis, focuses on case studies from both pre-hospital and hospital care. Each of the case report is supplemented with a discussion and recommendations for practice.
