Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast a zkušenosti s uváděním začínajících vychovatelů do praxe ve školní družině. v teoretické části se zabývá profesí, rolí a osobností vychovatele ve školní družině, a dále možnostmi uplatnění mentoringu ve školství u začínajících pedagogů. V empirické části bylo cílem této práce zjistit a posoudit aktuální stav v oblasti uvádění začínajících vychovatelů do praxe ve školní družině na vybraných školách v Ústeckém kraji, dále nástupní podmínky začínajících vychovatelů ve školní družině, které mohou mít zásadní vliv na jejich pracovní a sociální adaptaci v novém zaměstnání. Výsledky, které výzkum přinese, mohou být přínosné pro začínající vychovatele, uvádějící vychovatele a také pro ředitele škol, kteří uvažují o zavedení instituce uvádějícího vychovatele či mentoringu ve školách pro začínající pedagogy.

Abstract:

This bachelor the sis deals with the area and experience concerning presenting beginning educators into practical training in after - school clubs. In the theoretical part it analyses the profession, role and personality of an educator in after - school clubs and then the possibilities of putting mentoring into practice in the system of education. The goal of the empirical part is to find out and evaluate the actual situation in the area of presenting beginning educators into practical training in after - school clubs in specific schools in the Ústí region, then it analyses the initial conditions of beginning educators in the after - school clubs, which can have radical impact on their working and social adaptation in their new job. The results of this thesis could be useful for beginning educators, presenting educators and headmasters of schools who consider implementing the institution of a presenting educator or mentoring in their schools.
