Abstract:

Vytyčenou problémovou oblastí, kterou se bakalářská práce zabývá, je koncept investice do projektu v rámci implementace tzv. "štíhlé výroby". Bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumem firmy KONE Industrial koncern s.r.o. v rámci zavedení automatické lepící stanice do výrobního procesu. Cílem práce je ověřit v praxi návratnost finanční investice před a po zavedení automatického stroje v rámci projektu štíhlé výroby, z pohledu časového období, jeho vlivu na samotnou investici, ušetření nákladů na materiálu a další opodstatněné vstupy do projektu zahrnuté.

Abstract:

The outlined problem area, which the bachelor thesis deals with, is the concept of investment in the project in terms of the implementation of lean production. Bachelor thesis deals with the research of the company Kone Industrial koncern s.r.o. in the context of the introduction of the automatic adhesive station in the production process. The aim of this work is to verify the return on financial investment in practice before and after the introduction of the automatic machine in the framework of the project of lean production, from the perspective of the time period, its impact on the investment, the cost savings in material, and more justified project inputs included.
