Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikovým vzděláváním zaměstnanců se zaměřením na motivaci a bariéry spjaté s tímto vzděláváním. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z části teoretické a části empirické. This thesis deals with business education of workers, and it is focusing on motivation and barriers associated with this type of educating.
