Analýza pražské části Holešovic dle konceptu Smart Living (Smart City)

Abstract:

Diplomová práce řeší současný problém rozvoje a udržitelnosti měst pomocí konceptu Smart City na území Prahy 7 Holešovic. Cílem práce je provedení analýzy aktuálních socioekonomických aspektů a následné navržení vhodných opatření ke zlepšení kvality života a bydlení ve zkoumané městské části. Použitou metodou ke zjištění současného stavu a určení vhodných návrhů na zlepšení kvality života je provedení kvantitativní a kvalitativní analýzy. Kvantitativní analýza se skládá ze sestavení sady indikátorů, jejich vyhodnocení a následného ohodnocení delfskou metodou. Kvalitativní analýza obsahuje analýzu SWOT, jež byla sestavena na základě podkladů z vlastního místního šetření, rozhovorů a dostupných informačních zdrojů. Výsledkem diplomové práce je souhrnný obraz současného stavu socioekonomických aspektů městské části Praha 7 Holešovice, které mají dle zjištěných výstupů velký rozvojový a transfromační potenciál. Vlastním přínosem práce je navržení sady sedmnácti návrhů, které mohou tento potenciál využít a zvýšit tak v dané městské části kvalitu života.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis solves the current problem of urban sustainability through a concept called Smart City in the Prague 7 Holešovice district. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current socio-economic aspects and propose appropriate suggestions for improvement of quality of life in the studied urban teritorry. The method used to determine the current state and to identify suitable suggestions for the improvement of quality of life is analzyed by quantitative and qualitative methods. The Quantitative analysis consists of a compilation of a set of indicators, their evaluation and furthermore it uses a rating method called Delphic method. The qualitative analysis includes a SWOT analysis, which input values are from local investigations, interviews and available information resources. The result of this diploma thesis is a comprehensive picture of the current state of socio-economic aspects of the Prague 7 Holešovice district, which, according to the findings, has a great developmental and transfroming potential. The own contribution of the thesis is set of 17 proposals that will use this potential and improve quality of life in Holešovice.
