Abstract:

Tématem absolventské práce je zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením a jejich uplatnění na trhu práce. Cílem bylo vysvětlit možnosti sociálních podniků jako zaměstnavatelů pro osoby s mentálním postižením a s chronickým duševním onemocněním a vytvořit ucelený přehled poskytované podpory a poukázat na problematiku spojenou s jejich zaměstnáváním. Sociální podniky mohou sloužit jako významný zaměstnavatel těchto cílových skupin a pomáhat jim v integraci do běžného fungování ve společnosti. Absolventská práce vysvětluje základní pojmy a definice sociálního podnikání a propojuje ho se sociálními službami. Sociální podnikání, jako zaměstnavatel osob s mentálním postižením a s chronickým duševním onemocněním, navazuje na sociální práci v sociálních službách. Na základě studia odborné literatury a příkladů z praxe je sepsán souhrn odborných a praktických informací, které mohou široké veřejnosti i pracovníkům působících v této oblasti poskytnout ucelenější pohled na tuto problematiku. Významná část práce je věnována konkrétním sociálním podnikům a jejich pomoci cílové skupině. Jedná se již o fungující sociální podniky, které byly založeny poskytovateli sociálních služeb, aby mohli pomáhat zvoleným cílovým skupinám.

Abstract:

The topic of the graduate thesis is the employment of people with disabilities and their employment in the labour market. The aim was to explain the possibilities of social enterprises as employers for people with mental disabilities and chronic mental illness and to create a comprehensive overview of the support provided and highlight the issues related to their employment. Social enterprises can serve as an important employer for these target groups and help them to integrate into mainstream life society. As an employer of people with intellectual disabilities and chronic mental illness, social entrepreneurship is related to social work in social services. The aim was to show how social entrepreneurship, as an employer of people with intellectual disabilities and chronic mental illness, is related to social work in social services. Based on a study of the literature and examples from practice, a summary of professional and practical information is written that can provide the general public and workers in this field with a more comprehensive view of this issue. A significant part of the work is devoted to specific social enterprises and their assistance to the target group. These are already functioning social enterprises that have been established by social service providers in order to help their chosen target groups.
