Brexit a jeho dopad na import zboží do ČR

Abstract:

Absolventská práce je zaměřena na problematiku Brexitu, který zásadně ovlivnil mezinárodní obchod. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část zpracovává historické působení Spojeného království před vstupem do Evropského společenství, jako člena Unie, i jako první zemi, která se rozhodla Unii opustit. Teorie popisuje nejen kampaně a jejich průběh, ale i poslední krok a tím vystoupení země z Unie. V praktické části je zpracován průvodce importem zboží do ČR. Postup, který je využíván a aplikován autorkou v praxi. Po přečtení průvodce by měl obchodník, chystající se obchodovat s Velkou Británií být schopen se v problematice lépe zorientovat, zahájit nezbytné kroky, zjistit v jakých situacích je osvobozen od cla a v neposlední řadě porozumět samotným informacím, které jsou zahrnuty v transportních prohlášeních.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis is focused on the issue of Brexit, has fundamentally affected international trade. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the historical background of the United Kingdom before joining the European Community, as a member of the Union, as well as the first country which decided to leave the European Union. The theory describes campaigns and their course, but also the final step and the country's withdrawal from the EU. The practical part is a guide to importing goods into the Czech Republic. This procedure is used and applied by the author in practice. After reading the guide, the trader intending to trade with the UK, should be able to get a better understanding of the issue, initiate the necessary steps, find out in what situations he is exempt from duty and, last but not least, understand the information contained in the transport declarations.
