The remunerations for the work as an instrument of the direction and the motivation of the employees
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o vztahu odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců. Část práce je také věnována změnám souvisejícím s novým zákoníkem práce, zákonem č. 262/2006 Sb. Cílem práce je návrh na vnitřní motivační systém podniku.
Abstract:
This document deals with remuneration in labour-legal relationships and with motivation of employees related to remuneration. The work is concerned with the industrial law before 2006 and now. From 1st January 2007 we have had a new Industrial Law and with it changes are coming.
