Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá účetní a daňovou problematikou záloh v cizí měně a záloh obecně a pro plné pochopení rozsáhlých změn posledních let poskytuje ucelený pohled na věc. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány zálohy v cizí měně a zálohy obecně včetně účtování a základních principů zdanění. Teoretická část neopomíjí otázky kurzových rozdílů a popisuje změny v předpisech a interpretace Národní účetní rady. Práce také rozebírá problematiku nového zákona o účetnictví, důsledků interpretací Národní účetní rady a možnosti, které přinese koncept funkční měny českému účetnictví. Návrhová část staví na závěrech odborníků z analytické části a předkládá možná řešení otázek, které přinesly interpretace Národní účetní rady a navrhovaná podoba Nového zákona o účetnictví.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with accounting and tax issues of advanced payments in foreign currency and advanced payments as a whole, and for a full understanding of the extensive changes of recent years offers a comprehensive view on the matter. The theoretical section presents advanced payments in foreign currency and advanced payments in general including accounting and taxation issues. In addition, the theoretical section does not neglect the question of exchange rate differences and describes changes in regulation and interpretations of Národní účetní rada. The analytical section examines complex issues of the new act on accounting, consequences of interpretations of Národní účetní rada and possibilities brought on by the concept of functional currency to Czech accounting. Lastly, the propositional section builds upon expert conclusions from the analytical section to present potential solutions to questions arising from interpretations of Národní účetní rada regarding the new act on accounting.
