Musical skills of teachers and my nursery school (a selected pre-school education institution and screening of real musical skills of its teachers)

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hudebními dovednostmi učitelek v preprimárním vzdělávání a jejich faktografickým uplatněním při práci s dětmi v Mateřské škole v Dobré. Dělí se na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část objasňuje pojem hudební dovednosti, vymezuje rozdíly, rozvoj a vlivy, které mohou na ně negativně působit. Dále se zaměřuji na klasifikaci hudebních dovedností, respektive schopností. V praktickém oddíle, což je plně má autorská část, popisuji výše jmenovanou školu a učitelky, které zde působí. Zaměřuji se hlavně na rozvoj jejich hudebních dovedností, a to pomocí dvou metod: observační a nestandardizovaného rozhovoru. Závěrem práce je pak zhodnocení konkrétních hudebních dovedností jednotlivých pedagožek a doporučení, jak dále rozvíjet jejich znalosti a dovednosti při práci s dětmi v mateřské škole.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the musical skills of teachers in preschool education and their factual use while working with children at Mateřská škola in Dobrá. It is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part explains the term musical skills, states the differences, development and influences which might have a negative impact. It also focuses on the classification of musical skills, or abilities. In the practical part, the nursery school stated above and the teachers working there are described. The development of the teachers? musical skills is examined, using the two methods: observation and non-standardized interviews. The final part of the thesis evaluates each teacher?s specific musical skills and recommends ways of developing their knowledge and skills while working with children at the nursery.
