Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na poskytnutí obecných informací o předsednictví v Radě EU a podání základních informací o českém předsednictví v první polovině roku 2009. Je tu popsáno období před vstupem ČR do Evropské unie, dále pojem "institucionální trojúhelník``, co vůbec pro každou členskou zemi předsednictví v Radě EU znamená. Je zde stručně vysvětlena příprava a organizační stránka českého předsednictví. V praktické části pak již dochází ke komparaci Sektorových priorit českého předsednictví 2009 z července roku 2008 a oficiálně zveřejněného pracovního programu předsednictví ČR. Na základě tohoto srovnání je pak utvořen závěr, zdali aktuální dění v druhé polovině roku 2008 zásadně změnilo české preference

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the disclosure of information about the Presidency of the Council of the European Union and on giving the basic information about the Czech Presidency in the first half of 2009. There is described the the period before the Czech Republic entered the European Union, what does the term "Institutional Triangle" mean,what does the Presidency mean for each memeber state. There is briefly made clear the preparation and the administration of the Czech Presidency. In the practical part there is the comparation of the Sector Priorities of the Czech Republic from the July 2008 and the officialy presented Work Programme of the Czech Presidency. On the basis of this comparation is then made the final statement, if the course of events during the second half of the 2008 did change Czech preferences
