Využití analýzy non-humánní DNA v kriminalistice

The usage of non-human DNA in forensic sciences
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je rešeršní prací zaměřenou na zmapování problematiky využití non-humánní DNA v kriminalistice. Postupně jsou řazeny kapitoly o využití živočišné DNA v kriminalistice, využití rostlinné DNA v kriminalistice, využití mikrobiální a virové DNA v kriminalistice. Následuje kapitola o stanovení DNA profilu, která je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou podkapitolu.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is a research work aimed at mapping out the problems of non-human DNA in criminology. Chapters are ordered on the use of animal DNA in criminology, use of plant DNA in criminology, the use of microbial and viral DNA in criminology. Further there is a chapter about specifying of the DNA profile, which is divided into theoretical and practical part.
