Abstract:

Lidstvo spotřebovává několikanásobně více zdrojů, než je planeta schopna po-skytnout, a tím ničí její podstatu. Udržitelnost je proto jedním z nejdůležitějších témat 21. století. Tento článek, který vychází z existující literatury, teoretických rámců a případových studií, poskytuje komplexní analýzu toho, které vzorce mo-hou přispět k transformaci. Práce, která poskytuje ucelený přehled tématu vzorců udržitelného podnikání, se zaměřuje na obor rychloobrátkového zboží. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsou pod tlakem, aby přizpůsobily svůj obchodní model směrem k udrži-telnosti, brání rychlé implementaci problémy, jako jsou dominantní logika nebo nedostatečné znalosti. Cílem této práce je proto identifikovat inovativní vzory ob-chodních modelů pro odvětví rychloobrátkového spotřebního zboží a jejich pro-střednictvím usnadnit inovace. Výsledky sahají od uceleného seznamu zvláště re-levantních modelů přes počáteční popis modelů až po zpochybnění současného zaměření výzkumu na recyklaci.

Abstract:

Humanity is consuming several times more resources than the planet is able to provide and is thus eroding its substance. Sustainability is therefore one of the most relevant issues of the 21st century. Drawing on existing literature, theoreti-cal frameworks and case studies, this disseration provides a comprehensive anal-ysis of which patterns can contribute to the transformation. After providing a co-hesive overview of topic of sustainable business model patterns, the work focuses on the branch of fast-moving consumer goods. Being under pressure to adapt their business model towards sustainability, challenges such as dominant logics or in-sufficient knowledge hinder a fast implementation. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to identify innovative business model patterns for the fast-moving con-sumer goods sector and to facilitate innovation through them. Results range from a holistic list of particularly relevant patterns, through the initial description of patterns, to questioning the current research focus on recycling.
