Abstract:
Hlavním tématem práce je problematika pacientů s poruchou dýchání ve spánku a postoj pacientů k přetlakové terapii. Teoretická část zahrnuje fyziologii dýchání a spánku, poruchy dýchání vázané na spánek, léčbu přetlakovou terapií a možnosti ovlivnění přístupu pacienta k terapii a získání jeho spolupráce. The main topic of the research presents the problems of patients with sleep-disordered breathing and the attitude of these patients to the CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure).
