The role of the social-legal protection authorities in substitute family care

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této teoreticko-aplikační bakalářské práce je popsat úlohu orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany v náhradní rodinné péči a zmapovat proces jejího zprostředkování, dílčím cílem je přiblížit vybranou formu náhradní rodinné péče v aplikační části. Celý text práce je rozdělen do čtyř kapitol, z nichž první tři tvoří teoretickou část. V první kapitole, s názvem ?Úvod do problematiky?, osvětluji pojem náhradní rodinná péče, sociálně-právní ochrana, další související termíny a přibližuji rodinu, její funkce, potřeby dětí a podporu rodiny. Druhá kapitola je členěna do čtyř podkapitol, z nichž každá přibližuje jinou formu náhradní rodinné péče. Orgány sociálně-právní ochrany a jejich úlohy jsou vymezeny ve třetí kapitole, v níž rovněž popisuji fungování orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany během procesu zprostředkování osvojení a pěstounství. Poslední, čtvrtá, kapitola tvoří aplikační část práce. Věnuji se v ní pěstounské péči, když na dvou vybraných případech ukazuji rovněž užití vybraných nástrojů, případové konference nebo individuálního plánu ochrany dítěte.

Abstract:

The main aim of this theoretical-application Bachelor?s thesis is to describe the tasks of social-legal protection authorities in the substitute family care and to clarify process of its arrangement. The other goal is to mention the form of substitute family care in the application part of the thesis. The whole text of this work is divided into 4 chapters, the first 3 chapters form the teoretical part of the work. The first chapter called Introduction to problematic defines terms such as substitute family care, social-legal protection, other related terms are connected with the concept of family like approaches to the family, its functions, family support and children?s needs. The second chapter is devoted to the substitute family care and it is divided into 4 parts, each of these approximates its different form. The last chapter is an application part of my thesis. The main purpose is to explain the use of child protection conference or the individual child protection plan within the foster care finally.
