Abstract:

Jílek, P. Vliv stresu na pracovní výkon zaměstnanců ve firmě poskytující projektové služby. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2024. Tématem bakalářské práce je ,,Vliv stresu na pracovní výkon zaměstnanců ve firmě poskytující projektové služby“ a klade si za cíl identifikovat stresory ve společnosti a navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení situace v podniku. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na objasnění pojmů jako jsou stres či pracovní stres a rizika s nimi spojené. Taktéž jsem se v rámci této části soustředil i na příčiny stresu, důsledky s ním spojené a metodám, které se využívají při jeho snížení. Praktická část je tvořena kvalitativním i kvantitativním výzkumem. Výsledkem výzkumu jsou konkrétní stresové faktory, což v tomto případě mimo jiné tvoří příliš velká pracovní zátěž společně s nereálnými pracovními očekáváními ze strany zaměstnavatele, nejistá pozice ve společnosti a nízké platové ohodnocení. Taktéž obsahuje doporučení, přičemž mezi ty nejpodstatnější patří Pravidelné hodnocení pracovní zátěže v podobě schůzek jeden na jednoho a zlepšení celkové komunikace napříč společností, které by měly pomoci zlepšit aktuální prostředí podniku a minimalizovat tak pracovní stres ve společnosti. V diskusi porovnávám zjištěné výsledky a navržená opatření s již existujícími. Závěr práce obsahuje shrnutí a upozornění na nejdůležitější body a zjištění celé práce.

Brno: Mendel University, 2024 The topic of the bachelor thesis is " The impact of stress on the work performance of employees in a company providing project services " and aims to identify stressors in the company and propose recommendations for improving the situation in a company. The theoretical part focuses on the clarification of concepts such as stress or job stress and the risks associated with them. I have also focused on the causes of stress, the consequences associated with it and the methods used in reducing it. The practical part consists of both qualitative and quantitative research. The research results in specific stress factors, which in this case consist of, among other things, an excessive workload together with unrealistic work expectations from the employer, an insecure position in the company and low salary. It also includes recommendations, with the most important ones being Regular workload assessments in the form of one-on-one meetings and improved overall communication across the company to help improve the current company environment and thus minimise work stress in the company. The discussion compares the findings and proposed measures with those already in place. The paper concludes with a summary and highlights the most important points and findings of the entire paper.
