The thesis deals with an analysis of two books – a part of German original “Gier” by Elfriede Jelinek and its Czech translation by Jitka Jílková “ Lačnost” (Greed). The thesis consists of two parts – a theoretical and a practical one. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou dvou knih a to dílu německého originálu od Elfriede Jelinek – „Gier“ s českým překladem od Jitky Jílkové „Lačnost“. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části se věnuji dějinám překladu německy a česky mluvících zemí, poté popisuji překladatelské metody, teorii skoposu a pojem ekvivalence. Nemalou pozornost věnuji i kompetencím …more
