Abstract:

Téma této bakalářské práce je variantní návrh využití ploché střechy včetně porovnání a vyhodnocení tří variant ozeleněných střech. Každá varianta je odlišná svými vrstvami, tloušťkou, rozmístěním vegetace a ostatních technických prvků na střešní rovině. Další části tématu je variantní návrh stínících fasádních prvků včetně porovnání a vyhodnocení tří variant. Cílem této odborné práce je porovnání a vyhodnocení variant navržených ozeleněných střech a stínících fasádních prvků mezi sebou. K porovnání a vyhodnocení je zhotoven dotazník, který byl předložen široké veřejnosti. Variantní návrhy ozeleněných střech a fasádních stínících prvků byly aplikovány na projekt administrativní budovy v rámci předmětu Ateliér I. – Ateliér III. Variantní návrhy ozeleněných střech a fasádních stínících prvků jsou zpracovány ve formě vizualizací tak, aby byly srozumitelné široké veřejnosti.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a variant design of flat roof use including comparison and evaluation of three variants of green roofs. Each variant differs in its layers, thickness, place-ment of vegetation and other technical elements on the roof plane. The next part of the thesis is the variant design of the shading facade elements including the comparison and evaluation of the three variants. The aim of this technical thesis is to compare and evaluate the variants of the proposed green roofs and shading facade elements with each other. For the comparison and evaluation, a questionnaire was made and presented to the general public. The variant designs of green roofs and facade shading elements were applied to the design of an office building in the subject Ateliér I. – Ateliér III. The variant design of the green roofs and facade shading elements are processed in the form of visualizations in order to make the design understandable to the general public.
