Abstract:
Cílem práce je vymezit podmínky, za kterých lze omezit svéprávnost člověka, a formulovat doporučení pro úpravu souvisejících právních předpisů. V práci budou vymezeny pojmy související se svéprávností a jejím omezením (hmotněprávní úprava) a procesněprávní aspekty úpravy omezení svéprávnosti. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to define the conditions under which a person’s autonomy can be restricted and to formulate recommendations for adapting related legislation. In the thesis, concepts related to autonomy and its restriction (substantive law) and procedural aspects of regulating the restriction of autonomy will be defined.
