Abstract:
Cílem práce je uceleně a v logických souvislostech podat k tématu bankovních obchodů komplexní informace. Diplomová práce je zaměřena především na problematiku platné právní úpravy, která je spojena s vybranými druhy bankovních obchodů a rovněž je uvedena jejich systematizace i specifické vlastnosti. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí tak, aby od všeobecného vývoje dospěla ke konkrétním otázkám.
Abstract:
The aim is to comprehensively and in a logical context to bring the topic of banking transactions comprehensive information. The thesis is focused on problems of current legislation, which is associated with selected banking transactions and also indicating their systematization and specific characteristics. The work is divided into several parts, so that the general trend reached on specific issues
