Protein characteristics computation and structural alignment
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the structural alignment of proteins, presents Combinatorial Extensions algorithm and describes its implementation in Java for the needs of the CAVER Viewer application. The second part is devoted to the theoretical description and to implementation of the selected geometrical characteristics of proteins.
Abstract:
Táto práca sa zaoberá štruktúrnym zarovnaním proteínov, prezentuje vybraný algoritmus Combinatorial Extensions a popisuje jeho implementáciu v jazyku Java pre potreby aplikácie CAVER Viewer. Druhá časť práce je venovaná teoretickému popisu a implementácii vybraných geometrických charakteristík proteínov.
